???: How does the Deferred Payment option work?
The Deferred Payment option is a deferred payment option that allows you to pay a deposit to hold your selected tickets. It secures current pricing and provides an extended time to pay closer to the event date. If you choose the Deposit option, you must note specific tickets for your order in the field provided. Note: Shipping is added to your balance due at time of Confirmation by email. Once you have made your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation (not the same as your PayPal receipt provided at checkout by PayPal). The confirmation will include your secured pricing and the specific tickets being held for your order. Also, payment instructions (see below) will be provided for your balance owed. Your tickets are secured through the balance due date. Monthly required payments are required for most payment plans. For some deferred payment plans for tickets only, monthly payments may not be required. However, you can make payments in any amount towards your balance through the due date until paid in full or make one lump sum payment no later than the payment due date. You will receive a PayPal invoice with your payment plan details. Payments made via PayPal will be updated to the invoice automatically. For payments made with any other option, we'll manually update your invoice ASAP. Please keep your receipts, cancelled checks or money order stubs for your records and payment verification when necessary. Please refer to your original invoice each time for updates on your new balance due where applicable. There is currently no fee for using the Deposit option. However, when you make balance payments via the website a 4% PayPal Processing fee will apply. Payments made by phone incur a 5-6% PayPal Processing fee. PVT will not assume processing fees on balance payments as these fees are imposed by PayPal not PVT. There is no fee imposed on your initial deposit. PVT assumes deposit fees only on an initial deposit made online. Deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. If you forfeit your order for a covered reason within 30 days of deposit but before your final payment is rendered, you MAY POSSIBLY receive a full refund of all payments and shipping costs less fees and the initial Non-Refundable deposit payment AT THE OWNERS DISCRETION and is not guaranteed. Fees and payments cannot and will not be refunded if canceled after 30 days of deposit date. Once the balance is paid in full, our normal refund policy applies. Your tickets should ship within 48 hours of final payment unless otherwise specified or arranged.
Please remember that your balance is due by or before 11:59 PM on your due date unless otherwise arranged. A fee of up to $50 may be imposed for late payments. All phone purchases are subject to a 6% administrative fee (waived on your initial deposit).
