???: When will my tickets ship?
Most of our tickets are in-hand and ready to ship. However, some season tickets and premier event tickets can come as late as 1-2 days before the event. If tickets are not ready to ship immediately it should be stated in your confirmation letter. We will make every effort to ensure your tickets reach you in advance of ShowTime. If this is not accomplished, we may exercise a will-call set up or issue a refund if deemed necessary.
Standard Mail
Events in the United States
If the event is in the United States and you select standard mail as your delivery method, then the United States Postal Service will be used. Tickets sent via USPS can be sent only to the verified billing address within the U.S. or Canada. If your billing address is outside of the United States and Canada, then please see Will Call / International Will Call for US Events. Please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. In some cases, such as if the tickets are being shipped to you in Canada or if the event is in the distant future, it may take longer. If you don't receive your tickets within 5 business days of the event, then please call for information on how to proceed.
