???: What is the refund policy?
Refunds: ALL Sales Are Final. Refunds are issued only if the event is officially canceled AND not postponed or reschedule for another date. Full purchase price, less shipping charges and an administrative processing fee, will be provided for officially canceled events. For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to PVT to receive refund.
Please note: We are not always notified of canceled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be used for the new event date. On occasion, refunds are available for postponed or rescheduled events IF Ticketmaster provides a refund. In this case, you must adhere to their refund terms and return the tickets to PVT timely. Certain fees and charges as well as shipping may not be refunded. You will be notified if this occurs. If you are unable to attend the new date or miss the Ticketmaster refund terms deadline, we can assist you in reselling your tickets. However, we do not guarantee sales and will not refund the tickets if a resell is unsuccessful. Platinum VIP Tickets is a brokerage. In some cases, the purchase price is above the face value of the ticket and discovering this upon delivery of your tickets IS NOT grounds for canceling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled. ALL Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee with a $10.00 minimum and $50.00 maximum depending on the reason for cancellation. PayPal fees may also be nonrefundable depending on date of refund.
