???: Can my tickets be emailed?
This option may be available by request only unless otherwise noted on event page. If tickets are in PDF format, they may be available as E-tickets to be delivered via email. This option will only be available if there is not enough time available to ship until the time the event takes place. If tickets are emailed to you, you MUST be able to confirm you can view/print tickets. You MUST provide this verification in writing, responding by email by the deadline provided. If the confirmation is not received as requested, your tickets may be deactivated and invalid for admission. In some cases, your order may be Cancelled with or without refund.
???: Why can't I chose my desired shipping method?
Only the shipping methods listed on the checkout page are available for that event. Ex. If Overnight Express is not listed on your checkout page, that means it may not be available for that event. Please select another method or contact PVT for assistance.

We Ship Domestically (USA) via USPS Certified Mail and Internationally via FedEx Priority to ensure secure delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship via PayPal. Most orders are shipped within (2) business days. Your exact shipping will be noted on your confirmation notice from Platinum VIP Tickets.
We Ship Domestically (USA) and to Canada at the following flat rates:
Free - Local Pickup or Will-Call (Where Available)
$10.00 - USPS Mail (2-3 business days)
$10.00 - Day of Show - Print At Home E-tickets via Email (Not available for all events. Contact for availability)
$25.00 - USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days)
$40.00 - FedEx International (1 business day Canada only)
Other shipping methods and rates available upon request. Please contact Platinum VIP Tickets to arrange alternate shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the case of shipping damage or lost items as a result of shipping, the recipient of the item must first make a claim with the shipment carrier. The claim must also be complete before distribution of reimbursement can take place. We will make every effort to satisfy legitimate claims up to and including reissuance where applicable
